INSEASON Studio

Licence

Last updated 12 October 2026

Every INSEASON plan comes with a commercial licence. Here's what it lets you do, in plain English.

1.What this licence covers

This licence covers everything you get from INSEASON Studio: editable Canva templates, B-roll clips, stock photos, sticker packs and planners (together, “the content”). It comes with every plan: the membership, the 30-day pass and theme packs. It sits alongside our terms of service.

2.What you can do

You can use the content for personal and commercial projects, for your own brand and for your clients. You can:

  • Post it on your own social media: feed posts, Reels, stories, TikToks, Pins and YouTube.
  • Use it in paid ads and boosted posts.
  • Use it on your website, online shop, blog, newsletters and emails.
  • Use it for your paying clients, in content you make for their brand.
  • Use it in printed marketing such as flyers, posters, menus and business cards.
  • Edit everything: change the words, colours, fonts, photos and music, crop it and add your logo.

There's no limit on how many times you use something, no credit needed (though a tag is always lovely) and no extra fee for commercial use.

3.What you can't do

The one big rule: the content is for making your posts and your clients' posts, not for passing on as a product. You can't:

  • Sell, share or give away the files themselves, edited or not, including as templates, presets or stock.
  • Upload them to another template shop, stock site, Canva Creators or a marketplace.
  • Hand your login or downloads to people outside your business.
  • Use them in a logo or trademark, or claim you made them.
  • Use them to train AI models or in datasets.
  • Use them in anything misleading, hateful, illegal, or that suggests a person in a clip endorses something.

4.Working for clients

Social media managers, designers and agencies can use the content for any number of clients. Make the finished posts, Reels or graphics for them and they can use those freely.

What you can't do is hand a client the editable templates or raw clips to keep using on their own. If a client wants the library for themselves, they'll need their own membership. If you're sharing Canva designs with a client to review, share a view-only link rather than an editable template link.

5.If you cancel or your access ends

  • Anything you've already posted or published can stay up forever.
  • Content you downloaded or copied into Canva while your access was active can still be used under this licence for projects you started.
  • You can't download anything new after your access ends.

6.Who owns the content

INSEASON Studio, or the creators we work with, keep the copyright in the content. You're getting a licence to use it, not ownership of the files. Your own words, photos, logos and edits stay yours.

7.Canva, fonts and music

Our templates are built to work in free Canva. Fonts and graphics that come from Canva's own library are covered by Canva's licence, not ours. If you add Canva Pro elements yourself, you'll need a Pro account for those.

Our B-roll clips come without music. If you add a song or sound, check that you're allowed to use it, especially in ads, because platforms treat business accounts differently.

8.People and places in clips

Most of our B-roll is faceless. Where a person, home or place appears, we've made it for this kind of use, but you can't use the content in a way that suggests that person endorses your product, or in anything sensitive, such as health claims, politics or adult content.

9.If the licence is broken

If the content is used in a way this licence doesn't allow, we may end your access and ask you to take that use down. We'd much rather help you get it right, so if you're unsure whether something's allowed, email hello@inseason.studiofirst and we'll tell you.
